- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Providing product education and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate product issues
- Documenting and reporting customer feedback to the Product Management team
- Assisting in the creation of product documentation and customer-facing content
- Providing administrative support to the Customer Support team as needed
