Our co-founders kicked off ZenOwn with belief that consumers deserve a better solution and experience after purchasing their products. Ladi, a pioneer of building award winning apps found consumer engagement to be outdated. Blaz, having worked for some of the leading consumer brands believed that that brands are majorly missing out by not engaging with their existing consumer base. Joining forces they focused on empowering brands to serve their consumers better whilst uncovering the post-purchase as the untapped engagement channel for brands to consider.
Over the years, ZenOwn has grown into a handpicked team of 26 working across 7 countries, consisting of software developers, data scientists, AI experts, market research specialists, marketers, UX/UI designers, data analysts, and industry experts. Collectively, they have over 90 years of experience in consumer goods, luxury groups, start-ups, tech unicorns, insurance groups, and consultancies.
